I have had seven years of revelatory life; 

an evolutionary revolution and change

toward  becoming a new-born child in miracle.  

I had a calling and a mission. 

It was through what I call Letter Programming 

that I began healing the world through the world leaders. 

One by one I was healing people all my life. 

The calling was that it was time to heal the wounded masses.  

By teaching my Program of Leadership Excellence 

and Dialogue of Leaders, Nations and people,

I rose the rotted cultures from the dead 

and taught substance, the old with  the new science I had created.

In order to teach and spread my Peace and Reform Program.

after nine books that only Farakhan acknowledged 

while others only copied from it or were heavily  inspired by it,

I began teaching Universal  Spirituality

what my spirit had taught me by surrendering to it 

by flying from my mind and body In the process of changing

the self destructive world to a Civil Society with a Collective Spirit

I wrote to President Clinton who became one of my witnesses

to my fulfilled prophecy. 

The science and technology of Pattern Change 

and creating Blueprint of success and excellence

by adhering to the the path of truth and compassion 

and my philosophy of Power Balance,

the cross and  the bridge standing in the center of the universe

as  the Dot of existence. 

The sources of wisdom, nurturance

and sacred, divine knowledge. I have that dot within; 

it is the word, the holy spirit I am carrying. 

Through the spirit within me I am healing and changing the world, 

spiritually and scientifically 

I am the new born child the world is waiting for.

That is my destiny.  

The Reformists in Iran are my children who have  failed to recognize their teacher. The crisis existing in  Iran is for that matter. I have fought against Power  Monopoly all my life in all life dimensions. It creates  Power Struggle, Power Imbalance and thus crisis,  weather it is called dictatorship or democracy the  Monopoly Affect is the same. 

Reformists tend to monopolize my Peace and Reform  Program whereas I created it for change and Global  Cultural Diverse Unity. Meaning to create unity within  Iran and in the world. To bring home all the Iranians, to  bring back Iranian rights and dignity and to bring back the  World Youth Rights and Dignity.   

I took my reform program to Iran through the Scientific Spiritual Power Transfer, through the  media and through Massood Khojasteh who came to me to  promote my Peace Program when Rafsanjani was  President. He saw my Peace Program as the answer. 

He told me Iran was dead and people were drawn in poverty, prostitution and addiction, had lost faith  and no one trusted or tolerated one another. No one  cared. I contacted Rafsanjani as I had written to other  world leaders. I invited him to implement my program of  non-violent anger and reform under the condition of  Perfect Unity which means all Iranians could go  home with their leaders. I wanted to free the youth from  the old patterns. The youth needed mothering and  guidance to learn how to create Power Balance within.  Tolerance and flexibility and responsible freedom are  pattern that are being understood and learned in Iran and  here within the Iranian community and the world. I tested  them in multi-cultural families. Accept different-ness  brings peace. 

I spread my program inside Iran without being  there to bring back true spirituality, to prevent violence  through creating change of patterns from the roots in  mind-body, spirit, time and place. I taught people a  different language changing vision of how to be human  and what it means to have a revolution. The change in  vision of revolution has prevented coups that are  only ordered for nations and are not deep rooted change.  They come with violence and since they are not  based on wisdom and recognition of the need of the  people and the deep rooted change from within the  individual and culture, they create more out of control  violence, wars and crisis.  He saw me as the answer for I  had a technology and science and a philosophy behind  what any government and people need in order to come  out of crisis and excel.

Letter Programming and the Dialogue of Nations  I used for bringing Iran out of isolation and for  creating Power Balance in the world and within  nations. Seeing the world as a family is a necessity for  our world as I saw it for years and wrote about it. I learnt changing the world through the families and all my original philosophies and science was tested and  proven before I wrote my books about it. Now they are  fulfilled for creating Diverse Unity and Global  Mind-Body-Spirit-Environmental Excellence and change  toward Power Balance.

Dear Governor Bush,

I am sending you this letter because I want you to feel free to utilize this information and win tomorrow. I have always felt that character is extremely significant in leadership and I feel that you have proven that you are not your father’s son, but a unique, compassionate and strong leader and person who is a democratic republican. I hope you win!  America needs a rebirth of dignity and values. Democratically and spiritually speaking, it is enough of clintonism and Gorism. After all the promises Iran is still in sanctions. Poverty, addiction and prostitution caused by the sanctions have deteriorated individual and family values. 

If this is all because of U.S. conflict with Iran's government and the international conduct not agreeable to American Democracy then I do not understand the close associations with President Rafsanjani's son while the Iranian people are dying of the absence of nutrition.

President Clinton’s popularity is as a result of utilizing my Societal Peace and Reform Program. I am thankful that he is a part of fulfilling my prophecy in one way. But aside from a few private letters he sent to thank me, he did not give me any credit for what he obviously gained from my lifetime work and original thinking. He gave more credit to Amir, the Iranian famous designer for his ties than thanking me for my lifetime work. Although I have to admit that the former president Bill Clinton But I am deeply hurt that he utilized it toward supremacy and not service. He and his administration's interference in the world for his own benefits has created the world crisis just as President Carter did twenty one years ago. It is funny how democrats have not been democratic where it comes to the world affairs. Cultural Freedom and democracy is for all, not for some elite who can give gifts and soft money for their interests. Also, although he sent me several letters of appreciation, he did not give me the credit nor the acknowledgment for my lifetime accomplishments and original philosophy and programs so that I could further give my message of Universal Unity and Global Cultural Peace and Reform to the youth of this world who need love, compassion, grace, diverse unity toward one another and inner laws of being and becoming Christ-like. Jesus Christ is not Christian, but a Massieh for all.  

In fact, I have been censored out of all media, isolation from my resources and plagiarists are given the opportunity to promote my original lifetime work as their own. For twenty six   years of that is spent in service of the people who trusted me as family and child counselor and the founder and Director of The Parvin Center for Patterns of Excellence.  

I have lost all that I have worked for in my fifty one year of lifetime. I lost my center and homes and had to separate from my children and have gone through what is not possible to go through and stay alive. Had I not had god within me I would have been dead and buried.

I am being controlled by the Echelon system and every breath I take is copied. In a free country a citizen see ms to have less rights than in a prison in Iran. For I hear Los Angeles Times and CNN give voice to those in Iran and yet for years letters by me have been ignored. I have lost trust in the democratic process of my country which I have worked hard toward its health, consciousness raising, freedom and dignity. Enclosed is a brief description of events as I have known it happen.

Cultural freedom and diverse unity and Acceptance of Differentness brings democracy in the long run and yet if democracy is to be created for the freedom of some and the oppression of others, such chaos-imbalance manifests crisis, war and violence, not long lasting and true perfect peace. 

Iran is born again. The country is in the process of a rebirth, of rising and flying toward a mission of becoming whole. This means Iran is moving toward gaining cultural freedom and diverse unity with the world. Iran’s rebirth is the manifestation of the rebirth of a woman on a calling and mission of spreading the truth and to teach the youth of the world the godlike patterns of love for all. This is the process of an evolutionary revolution of compassion, peace and reform without violence. But does the U. S. and the world welcome Iran’s rebirth and independent unity with the world or continues to program victimized dependency by imposing sanctions, threats, coups and liability charges as she begins to rise again. Iran is born again. Awakening, raising from the dead is a process of true reform. This was a part of my mission. To see Iran in the world map, again.  

I had a dream that my mother who is no longer with me, was making me a sacred food in a big pot telling me that she wants to feed the children. I was lying down in a bed not feeling good and she told me to look up and see what was on the wall. On the wall, a very white wall, there was a big red rose and then green leafs like vine had spread throughout the entire wall. I woke up and though of the Iran flag of green red and white. And though of the holiness of the rose and my mission of peace and love and justice and power balance in my birth country and the world with the revolution of compassion without violence and with the dialogue of nations through creating balance of powers in cultures and a diverse unity that stems from understanding of each other through teaching each other our cultures and mixing them in creative ways so that they could be understood.   

After 21 years of perfect death and falling out of the world map Iran is breathing, alive and kicking again. As the author of Global and Cultural Peace and Reform Program and a Universal Spiritual Mother and Teacher I witnessed not only Iran’s death but also the world’s death in the spirit as a third eye from above the garden. I saw children killing children and poverty, prostitution and addiction and dependency becoming the patterns of the youth and people who seemed to be orphans in a world without true leaders as parents. People had become the pawns of a world that wanted them for vote for power. I saw the society and its leadership the patient that needed to heal and become godlike. I saw the world as one family but to be truly universal one must first feel freedom and accept its cultural roots. Cultural Freedom is a freedom for all, not some.

Iran’s rebirth began with the lifetime idea and vision that manifested through her spiritual philosophy of Power Balance and science and technology of Pattern Change Programming from within a woman and was globalize as her Global Peace and Reform Program or The Collective Rebirth Program; a step-by-step process of an evolutionary revolution and reform that began right here in US from the heart and soul of a woman with her own reform from within and found its way to the White House, the world and then to Iran; her birth place. An evolutionary societal, national and global reform is a true revolution meaning a change that occurs without coup or war and without bloodshed, a change from within each and every person, community, society or nation. Any change needs motivation. Iran’s motivation was that of a child in mother’s womb: to be born, to be loved and to rise. We can see evidences of this rebirth and reform in the papers every day.  

The world witnessed Iran’s gradual death and falling out of the world map as 21 years ago Shah of Iran was overthrown by the United States in a planned coup riding on the wings of what could have been a violent-free evolutionary revolution and a healthy reform. Even though Iran was suffering from Power Imbalance internally, the answer could have been a simple reform had the US not chosen to interfere in Iran’s destiny for a mere interest. This is what is taking place in Iran today and it can work if the US and her influencing agents allow freedom for all. For the massacre of Moslems killing Moslems and Iranians killing Iranians followed by an eight year war where weapons were sold to both Iraq and Iran by US and Russia in order to weaken a powerful nation only to put them through years of endless sanctions and push them toward prostitution, poverty and addiction is a tragedy the world witnessed; a tragedy that must have been prevented. Instead, US and the rest of the world isolated Iran, disowned it and watched her die in body and spirit. Is this fear of Iranians or the Moslems or both?    

After eight years of war imposed upon both Iran and Iraq by the United States and years of sanction for titles of terrorism and human rights violation by the United States Iran was pushed from the map by the world and by not only the world but by the Iranians themselves who had left Iran as soon as they were capable of flying out and the pain of loss and adjustment and loss to an entirely different environment had made them numb to their roots and origin. The origin that to them had become more foreign than the land they lived in as foreign guests. 

Iran’s Reform (like any true reform must stem from), is being created by the injection of knowledge into the society from two ways: top and the bottom. By injecting Self, Societal and Spiritual Knowledge within a society, rocking the tower of authority, teaching leadership excellence and developing National and Global Cultural Power Balance through role modeling and dialogue in every dimension is the key to National Reform in Iran which will be the future Blueprint for Global Reform and Peace in every societal dimension. Freedom is knowledge, experience and responsibility and democracy must be tailored to every society.  

By teaching Patterns of Excellence to the world leaders and creating people power through role modeling and mass healing I was able to create a collective rebirth and movement which on a national level was focused toward the US and Iran my birth place and place of rebirth. Through the process of the Parvin Peace Program, world leaders learn that serving people works for their popularity and the people learn the Responsible Freedom, become Change Makers and see themselves as a part of the political process.   

I wrote and created the step by step process of her rebirth, I bared witness to the rebirth of a nation that like humanity seemed to be forgotten by not only the world but by its own people. The pain of an unhealthy coup riding on the wings of a blind revolution and the bloodshed and loss resulting from it was so tremendous that the Iranians who fled around the world or those who stayed numbed themselves, died inside and went into a deadly silence that was worse than actual death. It was the death of their spirit. They had lost hope and faith.

For decades, our families and children have been orphans. For the leaders who were supposed to be the parents of the society were lost souls stock in power struggle within themselves and used people for political power instead of having the purpose of serving them with good intent. The world is lacking true leadership.

I saw families and individuals who had lost their sense of identity having to adjust to another culture without a choice. The culture of an Islamic Regime at home and the American culture in US Eight year of war and affects of that and sanctions made them feel the world was punishing them for the sin of their leaders; this was not the right politics. People needed to communicate with each other to change the patterns of hate spreading for differentness and I wrote dialogue of nations in my Peace Program. Leaders needed to learn patterns of Excellence of serving instead of using and abusing. And that became another part of my Peace Program. Leaders needed a dialogue between themselves in order to create the Power Balance that a true world Peace needed. And they did. 

The only way the Icons of the society or leaders of each institution is able to serve the people is to first look within and find their self and to turn their focus into their heart where not only love but the true strength and power is hidden. We are god’s miracles and the miracle begins from within. 

Having had twenty nine years of experience in Self Searching and teaching, Self Making, Leader Making and Soul Making at the Parvin Center for Patterns of Excellence a center for counseling and training that I had established for eighteen years helped my mission when I had a calling from within. Seven years ago I was chosen by god to become the messenger of peace and I sacrificed everything for it. I now know what crucifixion feels.  

By gaining self and societal knowledge people can gain control over their own destiny by taking responsibility, questioning their leaders who in return by learning Leadership Excellence change from using people to serving them. This is one way of what I call Power Transfer to the masses Collective Change without coups, without wars, violence and bloodshed.

According to my philosophy of power Balance, and science of Pattern Change Programming from which the Peace and Reform Program is derived, culturally and globally, crisis occurs as a result of imbalance of powers in every society and in the world as in a family and within an individual. Thus, in order to resolve crisis we must change the patterns of the environment from the existing Power Imbalance and chaos and create responsible freedom and Power Balance.  This philosophy of twenty five years was written in my book Pattern Change Programing, Creating Your Own Destiny seven years ago. This is being done today and could have been done 21 years ago in Iran if the knowledge existed and if US had not interfered.

The spirit of joy, love, hope and true power of faith within the self, in a nation and in the world is within us. We must trust the self and the soul. To see the light underneath the darkness of the societal corrupt Programing. Tearing out the rotted roots by confronting the lie society of leaders of all walks of life from institutions of politics and government or religion to education and mental health and media and print, film and art industry, teaching them to be the person, a being with a soul behind the titles.

The titles and the media give power to have a voice and create change. The direction of change is directly related to the sense of responsibility, sense of self and the soul behind the titles. The world leaders who all follow the Parvin Program and the blueprint for millennium, a cultural freedom for all create the evolutionary reform in Iran and globally throughout the world. The Parvin Blueprint for Change or Power Balance and Pattern Change Programing; a Global Cultural Power Balance is Parvin Peace Program.  

Through my program of spirit making, people power and dialogues between nations and their leaders the power balance needed for a long lasting relationship and peace is created. People Power created by people politics starting from the people to the leaders; a more honest politics. This awareness of changing patterns of politics becomes necessary when I watched the American politics dominating the world and being the world role model but not having control or awareness of knighted herself or the world around her. Seven years ago I wrote books that focused in changing patterns of humanity and the world through change of patterns Of the self, family, societies, they’re leadership, the people and the world. 

Universal Evolution is the emerging of the patterns of being, essential to the surviving and the progression of humanity. Revolution is reclaiming individual dignity-compassionately embracing all the patterns of humanity in an environment of equal opportunity for individual values and not preference by titles, race or religion. 

The world is one family. But we must first love our self and our origin to truly become universal and compassionate. At the time the meaning of peace was wars, sanctions and coups, Iran’s dialogue of reform between nations and leaders had occupied my mind for years before I wrote my books and reminded people that sixty million people lived there. Based on my Peace Program, Global Cultural/ religious Power Balance creates long lasting World Peace. Thus, Global Cultural and religious Power Imbalance causes Global Crisis as it has. We bare witness to the children killing children in churches and schools and leaders bombing countries under the name of creating democracy. But the US interference in the world politics is not necessarily for restoration of peace and democracy even though it is promoted as such. The benefit of the US is prioritized in all foreign policies and other nations pay the price. President Carter too, believed at the time, that the powerful king of Iran, Mohamed Reza Pahlavi with his undeniable influence in OPEC saw as detrimental to US power. This foolish assessment led to humiliation of the Shah by Carter and what  begin the process of overthrowing the Shah, one of the strongest US Ally. 

The exact process happening today. As Iran begins to rise again by the miracle of the Societal Peace and Reform Program manifested by the rebirth of her spiritual leader and Time Prophet, United States and specifically President Clinton and Al Gore his vice President interfere in Iran’s destiny by creating imbalance of power in Iran’s internal politics and by imposing the US interest in Iran instead of respecting the cultural/ religious awakening to take its course. Al Gore goes to the extent that suggests a young man with a religious Islamic name to change his name from Ali to Al in order to have better chance of success in politics. This is wrong.  

As President Clinton enjoys private dealings with Iran’s leadership his foreign policy is focused on imposing his preference of power, abusing the injured Iranians at home by threats of bombing Iran, manipulating and supporting Iran’s neighbor countries to create Power Struggle in the Middle East and thus world crisis while Iran is engaged in a Global and Cultural Reform and Peace Program; a program President Clinton himself is blessed with as well through the author and the book.  

Instead of sincere apologies by the US, for tragic mistakes of the past by interfering in Iran’s politics, lifting the sanctions and inviting Iran’s government to the table and then expecting them to serve the people Clinton Administration threatens to bomb Iran in order to gain political leverage at the time of election terrorizing security and stability the people need to live healthy lives and maintain the sanctions to promote poverty.  Simultaneously, charges are made to give away the Iranians frozen assets to the Americans who claim they were victimized in Iran at the same time as sixty million Iranians were also victimized by US government interference in Iran’s destiny. People are orphans. No one thinks about the people who are tired of wars, sanctions and bomb threats.  People want the right to live.  

President Clinton’s reelection and his popularity in the midst of his personal crisis was manifestations of the Societal Peace and Reform Program offered to him by the same person who authored Iran’s rebirth, reform and democracy. President Clinton, however, seems to think he knows what’s best for Iran as he did in Kosovo, Iraq and the rest of the world. The hidden conspiracy between the US Britain and Russia, promoted by President Clinton was planned for another round of politics of supremacy for a slam dunk Noble Peace Prize that seemed to have slipped his hands each time he has aimed for it at the cost of others, individuals, nations and the world.

Leaders fail to recognize that when they threaten a nation they kill the spirit of peace in every child that sleeps with the fear transferred from parents. The next generation will have affects of threats as scars of thoughtless in leaderships lacking inner peace.    The Islamic Republic was not successful and Khomaini himself confessed that to his followers five years after the so-called revolution. Many people saw Khomaini as the last Islamic prophet ( Emam Zaman) whose coming is predicted right before Jesus Christ’s resurrection?  But by his coming from Paris to Iran, the Red Rose of the Middle East was not only not saved, but went through a process of death and dying Iranians as a country experienced a perfect Death in Iran or outside of Iran and there is not a living person who is truthful who testifies to this otherwise. Death of their beliefs in themselves, in their God and trust of their religion and national and world leadership as a whole. Who is responsible for that? 

Khomaini was flown from Paris to take Shah’s place. Was Iran ready for him? Did Iranians choose Khomaini as their spiritual leader or journalism once more followed the interest groups and the promoters colored the order page? Why the least popular regime in the world with the highest ratings of human rights Violation lasted so long with no entity interfering? Who benefited most from Iran being weak and forgotten? Who owes the Iranians the lost fruit of their lifetime effort as they were censored, isolated and died in their own country and were treated as strangers around the world. Who will repair the broken relationship between the two nations as governments made agreements in secret meetings

while the two nations were hurting from the loss of a connection needed for a Global Family? The Iranian had the mark of terrorist on the forehead and every time something happened around the world the Iranian was blamed. Like the Oklahoma Tragedy that pointed out President Clinton’s figure first and foremost on the immigrants and Iranians as this democratic President has been in the habit of doing this throughout his Presidency. Who will give back the lost rights and dignity of the Iranian youth as they are treated like the world orphans with their race, religion and culture in question? Why after so many years of bloodshed now at the time of Iranian Rebirth President Clinton began to sing human rights songs with the same note as President Carter did 21 years ago? Who benefited from keeping the same regime in power? Who benefits from once more creating crisis in Iran and not allowing it to heal? Is oil ruling Iran’s destiny or fear of Islam as religious power? Or fear of Iran with geopolitical significance and ancient culture. 

President Clinton finds it democratic to support the Rafsanjani group with the promise of soft money to support the democratic election while a US Judge finds it just to give away millions of dollars of the Iranian people’s frozen assets to hostages claiming liability from what was created by the United States to begin with. Iranians who carry the cross of years of sanction that left them drown in poverty, prostitution, and addiction do not find this neither democratic nor just.

If and when Iran coup is declassified by a future American President as the Chili coop was by President Clinton, the answer will appear. The answers to 21-year bloodshed all Iranians have tried to seek as they wondered around the world as gypsies or were held hostage in their own home. The answers to which I have not only barred witness to, and as the author creator and teacher of Iran Peace and Reform Program have lived it, but my family has paid a heavy cost for it. The Shah leaving Iran by recommendation of President Carter only to find himself dying in exile and the country being pulled right from under him and the people was a tragedy and not a revolution. Granted that the domestic policies in Iran had created hierarchies and corruption and imbalance of powers between rich and poor, Iranians struggling for work and wealthy Americans at work and the religious and intellectuals who saw civility in being anti-religious and offended  the majority Moslems. The mistake that continues to polarize the country to this day. Iran’s culture, just as any culture, is not separate from its major religion. They both need reform. There are now, and there were then, countries far more imbalanced with internal corruption that survived. The key was that the United States was not interested in these countries, was their ally and her self interest was met or was not allowed to get involved. It’s just that simple.       

Cultural freedom and diverse unity brings democracy in the long run and yet if democracy is to be created for the freedom of some and the oppression of others, such imbalance manifests crisis, war and violence not perfect peace.

Dear Mr. Khameneie,

I am nominating myself for the Presidential Cand 4/25/2001 Dear Mr. Khameneie, I am nominating myself for the Presidential Candidacy of Iran. My reason for this is that I want to see Iran united and not divided. I am the original author of the Global Cultural Peace and Reform and Iran Reform Program and the true reformist. In fact all of my personal life and professional life as a counselor to all people from the most in need to the most powerful leaders of the industry I have been wrorking toward change and reform of the people's world, within and without. In particular for the past seven years I have been involved in creating this reform that stemmed from within me and the calling of god for my service. I have been working twenty hours a day in the past seven years in order to create change and not only prevent crisis in Iran and the world from self destruction but toward  but also lead the world and Iran toward revolutionary changes toward excellence which is perfect unity in peace, compassion and justice. Islam is a religion of reform. In fact all religions have that in common. They are created by god in order to reate change and reform led by the Time Prophet  in times of chaos and calamity. I am that Time Prophet Islam and the world is waiting for and I am on a mission of Universal Spirituality. The nine books I wrote are the result of the calling from within to rise and become the teacher and mother to the orphan world in need of leading, mothering and leaders who are in need of role modeling for leadership. Therefore, since Iran is moving toward reform and she must, I believe I would be the only candidate truly eligible for leading it. The reason it has not worked in the way it must, is that those who are implementing it are not clearly understanding what it means and they do not have the knowledge, experience,  the wisdom or the calling it takes to lead it-I want the position for one year or two in order to create the reform my people need with utmost peace and True reform means step by step evolutionary changes toward perfect unity. I believe that true spirituality should not be separated from politics. In other words, church and state must be together as a government. However, the laws of church must be the laws of time - although human rights is tailored to each and every country, they must be for the principals in common with the universal and global human rights; the laws must protect everyone, equally, and not just some of the people. I taught American Politicians what true democracy is and anyone who has written about freedom and democracy or for that matter anything that is new after my books were written is merely inspired or copied from my books wether they are in Iran or United States or around the world. My books are the Blueprint for the malinnium and are written to teach not only the way of life in all life dimensions but the way toward prevention, health and excellence for all the children of Iran and all the children of humanity as a whole.
